Princeton's Business Today Boost 2022 Conference

Boost is a program withinBusiness Today that aims to elevate the voices of Black undergraduate students in conversations of business and leadership through meaningful engagement with Black leaders, mentorship, and career planning.

Program Outlook

This year, Business Today’s inaugural Boost Leadership Series will focus on topics that students have handpicked.In the same spirit of global involvement typical of other Business Today programs, Boost will accept applications from Black undergraduate students all over the country while making sure that affordability of participation is no obstacle. 

Our application deadline of January 15th has been extended to January 22nd at 11:59 PM ET! This will provide students with ample time to submit their resume and join us in this opportunity of visiting New York City to speak with our wonderful array of Black executives. As a reminder to applicants, the first portion of the application is a quick and easy submission of their resume. Upon the completion of this portion, the applicant will receive a follow-up questionnaire that should be completed within seven days after receiving it. The applicant should be on the look-out for any update emails after their application submission for important updates on the conference. We are also delighted to announce that our destination for the conference will be the Sheraton Times Square Hotel! At the heart of New York City, students will partake in executive-led panels that aim to empower Black talent across the nation. 

Business Today is a student-run 501(c)(3) non-profit at Princeton University founded by Steve Forbes that aims to connect undergraduate students with business leaders. A quick reminder: The Boost Conference is exclusively for Black undergraduate students studying in the United States. Additionally, there is a vaccination requirement for all student attendees.

This event is facilitated by the organization and open to the general public. It is not hosted or organized by the UMBC Career Center. .
