Hosted by the Office for Academic & Pre-Professional Advising, The Allied Health Symposium is an opportunity for students to learn about allied health professions including:
- Dental Hygiene
- Nursing
- Occupational Therapy
- Pharmacy
- Physical Therapy
- Physician Assistant
Students will hear from representatives from a variety of health professional programs and be able to ask questions about the admissions process, as well as learn strategies for how to make their applications stand out!
Representatives from the following schools will be featured:
- Notre Dame of Maryland University
- University of Maryland Baltimore
- University of Maryland College Park
- Towson University
- Virginia Commonwealth University
- University of Delaware
Attending is Simple! Follow these steps:
1. Pre-Register for this free event by clicking the green "Join Online Event" button.
2. You will be asked some registration questions and once completed, you'll be sent a UMBC Google Calendar invite.
3. Accept the Google Calendar Invite. In this invite you will see a Webex Link to access the event on April 22nd.
