Description

NSA is a world leader in both Protection and Exploitation of Intelligence.  NSA's mission is to collect Foreign Intelligence to answer critical questions from policy makers, our military and out National Leaders. Professionals at the National Security Agency (NSA) have one common goal: to protect our nation. The explosion of Internet communications has created a need for the Computer Network Operations (CNO) mission. To carry these functions, NSA is looking for professionals who are highly skilled, want to stay on the leading edge of technology and are impassioned about ensuring the United States maintains a strategic edge in cyberspace. We foster an environment of cooperation and teaming to take full advantage of diverse skills and experiences. If this sounds good, then NSA and CNO is the place for you!

NSA offers a wide selection of paid programs for college undergraduate and graduate students in many career fields.  We encourage UMBC students from all class levels (Freshmen to Doctoral) to attend this session.

We offer internships, scholarships, a co-op program and more. Search for the perfect opportunity for you based on your education level and field of interest.

Computer Network Operations is looking for computer science, computer engineering, engineering, data science and cybersecurity majors but all students are welcome to attend to hear about NSA student program opportunities, hiring process, and security process.

The GMP also provides an opportunity for exceptional mathematics and statistics graduate students to work directly with NSA mathematicians and statisticians on mission-critical problems and experience the excitement of the NSA technical community first-hand:  www.intelligencecareers.gov
