Description
Are you passionate about dismantling
systems of oppression in our country? Interested in making an immediate
impact with elementary or middle school students? Join Teach For America
alumni and recruiters to learn more about how you can launch a career
accelerating social justice and join the diverse network of leaders
working together across sectors to shape our nation's political,
economic, and social future. All majors and backgrounds are welcome! In
this workshop, we'll share more about the application, best practices,
and tips for applying to the Ignite Fellowship.
Teach For America's Ignite Fellowship is a paid, part-time opportunity
for current college students across the country to virtually tutor a
small group of students in reading or math. This is a unique way to
develop transferrable skills, build relationships with youth, and make a
positive impact. Join our info session to learn more about this
fellowship scheduled for the fall semester and our application process
before our August 28th, 2022 deadline. All registrants will be able to
access a recording of the event if they are not able to attend live.
