Date & Time

August 23, 2022, 1:00 pm2:00 pm

Description

Our SMBC Reality Series is a sequence of virtual events where you will have the unique opportunity to join open and honest conversations with diverse leaders at our firm. The discussions will shine a light on the challenges these individuals have faced around diversity in the workplace and how they’ve overcome these difficult moments throughout their careers.

By joining us at these sessions, you will learn directly from leaders in financial services about how you can bring your true self to work every day. Each session will cover equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace followed by an open-forum Q&A where participants can address questions to our panelists.

We invite students to meet our BOLD enterprise resource group virtually, 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET, August 23.

BOLD’s Mission: To foster professional development and leadership competencies and increase opportunities for personal, professional, company, and community achievement with a focus on the recruitment, development, and advancement of Black employees at the firm.

You are welcome to attend as many of the sessions as you like.

Find additional details for each session on our events central page.
