Facing conflict in professional situations can be frustrating. Not only is it important to be able to properly facilitate communication, but it's a vital skill to have when it comes to being a leader.
Leaders of student organizations are highly encouraged to attend. This Leadershop session will help attendees understand the importance of feedback as well as how to effectively manage conflict using Calling In vs Calling Out methods.
The Leadershops series consists of workshops that focus on various student centered leadership-related topics facilitated by Campus Life staff and student leaders. This program aims to contribute to the leadership development and ongoing learning of UMBC undergraduate students.
