The UMBC Connects series offers students and alumni the opportunity to meet with recruiters and representatives from organizations that have partnered with the Career Center and are highly interested in meeting UMBC talent. Come introduce yourself and learn more about the company. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of their work, U.S. work authorization is required.

This is your chance to get up close and personal with recruiters, hiring managers, and UMBC alumni that are working at Northrop Grumman to learn about career opportunities within the organization.

Exploring Future Pathways

In this session, Christy Bissally & Katie Walton, Talent Acquisition Business Partner from Northrop Grumman, will walk you through an in-depth review of the Internship and Entry Level Opportunities available through the Pathways Program. Attend this session for an overview of the application process and timeline and learn what you can do to boost your application and resume.

Alumni Panel Presentation

In this session, you will hear from a mix of representatives, across the company: Defense Systems, Mission Systems, Business Management, Space Systems and Global Supply Chain. You will get to hear from hired alumni about their experience at Northrop Grumman. This is a wonderful opportunity to hear firsthand what a day in the life as a Northrop Grumman employee is like.

In this session Christy Bissally, Talent Acquisition Business Partner from Northrop Grumman will answer your questions about working at Northrop Grumman.  They will also share information regarding current and future hiring outlook. You will have an opportunity to speak with the Northrop Grumman representatives from across the different sectors on site.
