Center Stage is the state theater of Maryland, and Baltimore's largest professional producing theater. Center Stage houses two performing spaces, the 541-seat Pearlstone and the smaller Head Theater, both in its home in the Mount Vernon Cultural District of Baltimore.

Join the Career Center for a Behind the Scenes tour.  You will tour the entire building including scene shop, prop shop, costume shop and both theaters. If they are available, we will also see rehearsal rooms.  You will also learn the history of both the Center Stage and the actual building.

You will also be able to meet UMBC alum like Jasir Qiydaar, Communications Manager for Center Stage.

TRANSPORTATION:

Transportation is provided, but an RSVP is required. You will receive confirmation of your registration prior to the trip date. Space is limited to 15, so register early!

If you do not attend and have not cancelled your reservation one week prior to the event date, your student account will be charged $25 to cover expenses incurred by the Career Center.
