US Secret Service have an integrated mission of protection and financial investigations to ensure the safety and security of our protectees, key locations, and events of national significance.  We also protect the integrity of our currency and investigate crimes against the U.S. financial system committed by criminals around the world and in cyberspace.

What to expect in the US Secret Service Virtual Information Session.
The session will focus on the Special Agent role. The Secret Service has a new program, the STAR program, which allows seniors in their final semester to apply to be a full-time Special Agent after graduation. Students will start on the application process during their final semester, and could have this full-time job offer with a Top Secret Clearance. The Secret Service also has internships for all school years. Seniors in their last semester are eligible to apply for the STAR program.

Some of the US Secret Service benefits of are listed below:
  • Tuition reimbursement for qualifying student loans up to $60,000
  • Law Enforcement Availability Pay (LEAP) – Additional compensation of 25% of the base salary will be added to locality pay
  • Being issued a take-home government vehicle with a gas card
  • Being able to witness history while traveling the world and protecting elected leaders, kings, and queens
