Are you interested in a career at NSA?

The NSA Information Session will focus on security, counterintelligence, job, and internship opportunities. 

5:00pm - 6:00pm : Security and Counterintelligence at NSA 

Representatives from the National Security Agency, Security and Counterintelligence division, will talk to students about the mission and components of Security and Counterintelligence divisions within the Agency, with a particular focus on the Counterintelligence Investigator and Polygraph Examiner positions. They will provide an overview of the qualifications for the position with an emphasis on the soft skills and experience that make a successful CI Investigator and Polygraph Examiner. They will provide a detailed overview of the Special Agent's training program associated with the CI Investigator work role, as well as a detailed overview of Polygraph training at the National Center for Credibility Assessment. They will discuss the overall hiring/security process with the students, provide insight into what a typical day looks like for someone hired into these roles, and discuss the benefits and opportunities for career growth and development associated with becoming a Special Agent/CI Investigator or Polygraph Examiner. Students are welcome to bring their resumes to the session and will have ample opportunity to ask questions during the session!

6:00pm - 7:00pm: Learn about NSA Job & Internship Opportunities

NSA representatives will discuss open positions and internship opportunities with students.  The following positions will be highlighted during the information session. 


The National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) leads the U.S. Government in cryptology that encompasses both signals intelligence (SIGINT) insights and cybersecurity products and services and enables computer network operations to gain a decisive advantage for the nation and our allies. Throughout the site, NSA/CSS will be referred to collectively as NSA.
