Meet with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service
A RSVP is requested on Handshake, limited seating.
9:30 AM: Meet at the Bus Loop located behind the RAC (Retriever Athletic Center- Administration Drive) to go over as a group to the USGS, which is located on bwtech@UMBC Research and Technology Park. You will meet the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service at the USGS.
Return to campus by 12Noon.
This visit is OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS.
Join USDA Forest Service staff from the Baltimore Field Station to talk about their research and careers in the agency. We will take a walk around campus to view dendrometer bands being used for tree growth data collection, and discuss other urban forestry research topics.
