The Census Bureau is the federal government’s largest statistical agency. We are dedicated to providing current facts and figures about America’s people, places, and economy. The Census Bureau's mission is to serve as the nation’s leading provider of quality data about its people and economy. Our goal is to provide the best mix of timeliness, relevancy, quality and cost for the data we collect and services we provide.
Our statistical programs include three censuses: Decennial, Economic, and the Census of Governments along with the American Community Survey (ACS) and many other demographic, economic, and sponsored surveys.
Opportunities listed on Handshake will be covered, and students can apply directly there. The employer HR specialist will also provide application guidance. A complete listing of positions will be available by the event.
Please note: UMBC is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive environment for all faculty, staff, students, and visitors. If you would like to request accommodations (e.g., ASL interpreters, captioning, wheelchair access, etc.) for this event, please notify us at least two weeks prior to the event.
