Description

Have you heard about the Fulbright Scholarship program, but were hazy as to what it's all about? Do you know a past winner and wonder how they earned this prestigious award? Can you use it to teach English overseas, or is it just for a research project?

The U.S. Student Fulbright Program is geared to talented rising seniors, soon-to-be graduates, and current graduate students to teach English for a year, earn a funded Master's degree, or conduct independent research for a year. If you are interested in representing the United States in one of these capacities after you graduate, please come to this information session offered by Dr. Brian Souders, Interim Director of the International Education Services Office. As UMBC's Fulbright Program Advisor (FPA), Dr. Souders works to guide students through the application process.
