Will you be graduating in December 2017 or May 2018? Do you realize that the heaviest recruitment season is October? Spend a Friday afternoon with us and be prepared to face this critical time with confidence!
The annual Senior Success Seminar will be offered by the Career Center on Friday, September 15 from 12 noon until 4:00 pm.
This seminar will prepare participants to take advantage of the on-campus interview program (application deadlines start in September) and maximize UMBCworks (our web-based job posting system), career fairs, UMBC Connects days and other networking events designed to move your job search forward.
Included in the seminar will be: presentations offering advice on successful interviewing, perfecting your professional image, time management,and communicating for success.
This seminar will tell you everything you need to know to find a job before graduation -- all in one place, all during this one Friday afternoon! This event is free but space is limited so early registration is recommended. A full lunch and workshop materials will be provided.
