Description
The T. Howard Foundation’s mission is to promote diversity in media and entertainment by increasing the number of diverse and underrepresented groups and underserved communities within the industry. This is accomplished via comprehensive programs for diverse, underrepresented, and underserved college students.
The T. Howard Internship Program offers paid spring, summer, and fall internships in most major cities across the country and is open to all majors!
Students have the opportunity to take part in corporate and creative internships in fields such as accounting/finance, broadcast and print journalism, digital/social media, it/engineering, government affairs, graphic design, human resources, legal, marketing, pre- and post-production, public relations, and ad sales.
Please Note: UMBC is committed to creating an
accessible and inclusive environment for all faculty, staff, students, and
visitors. If you would like to request accommodations (e.g., ASL
interpreters, captioning, wheelchair access, etc.) for this event due to a disability,
please notify us at least two weeks prior to the event. Requests received after
that time cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to make arrangements
for program access. Please contact the event host (careers@umbc.edu) with
your specific request and be sure to include the event title, date, and time.
