Participate in Campus Life's Leadershop series, peer-facilitated, hour-long workshops that aim to develop undergraduate students' leadership development.
Don't Be a Nitwit, Learn to Manage Conflict:
Participants will learn the definition and significance of conflict and conflict management through a series of activities and discussions. Participants will walk away with new strategies of how to effectively manage conflict in a variety of settings.
