This year we are taking a new approach to a UMBC Welcome Week tradition! Ashley Gaddy speaks to students and corporations around the country about taking diversity and inclusion seriously. She reminds all of us that we have a part to play in co-creating an inclusive community. We are excited to include student voices in this year's session! Ashley will be joined by 5 current UMBC students as they share their stories and experiences about the diversity that makes UMBC so great.
