The previously favorable job market for college graduates has evaporated as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to surge across the country. What are your options now that many employers have suspended hiring or are shedding jobs? How do you position yourself at the front of the line once hiring restarts? This session will cover techniques and strategies for identifying opportunities and boosting your candidacy.
This virtual event is presented by Kelley Bishop, the Director of the University Career Center & the President's Promise at the University of Maryland. The Center provides comprehensive career development services, programs and resources for the University's 40,000+ enrolled students, including individual career advising, and workshops on all facets of career development and job search preparation.
