Description

Whether you are job seekers and/or setting up your side hustle on knctrr, you need to develop your personal brand. In fact, you already have a brand--the question is are you managing it to your full advantage.

A personal brand is a combination of your image and reputation. How you conduct and present yourself daily forms the foundation of your brand. It is the perception of you held by the external world. It is the combination of personal attributes, values, drivers, strengths, and passions you draw from that differentiates your unique promise of value from your competitors. It helps those who are assessing you to determine if they should hire you or do business with you.

In this workshop, we will dive into your idea to more clearly define the problem, your customers or users, the solution, and value proposition, and start the process of building a narrative. As you grow, ideally you always come back to your "why" to guide your decision making - hopefully, at the end of this session, it will be very clear for you.
