Together Beyond November
(Re)building Community after Election 2020
Location
Online
Date & Time
November 5, 2020, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm
Description
This is an unprecedented election year in which all of us are experiencing crises, including a global pandemic. Folks may be feeling uncertainty, isolation, or uncomfortable feelings when it comes to sharing their views. This may even continue beyond Election Day, especially if the outcomes are in dispute.
With this in mind, we created a virtual space where SGA and the student body can come together to reflect on the challenging time leading up to the 2020 election, discuss the outcomes, and envision the path ahead. The session will include opportunities for small group dialogue. Your contribution as a participant in healing and empowering conversations can help us navigate the post-election period together in community.
To participate in this session, RSVP using this Google Form link. If you are unable to attend this session, check out the November 6th session we have scheduled from 5:00pm - 6:30pm. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate in contacting the facilitators via email or Webex Teams.
