In a world where it can be hard to balance all of our responsibilities, taking a moment to breathe and being more present in the moment can help to take the edge off a bit. Join us for a guided meditation to relax your mind and learn tips to engage in mediation practices in your daily life!

Location: The Gathering Space for Spiritual Well-Being in The Center for Well-Being, located on Center Road between Chesapeake and Susquehanna Halls.
