USLI is a specialty insurance group committed to providing our customers with the highest quality specialty insurance products and superior customer service. Our company is also rated A++ by A.M. Best, the premier analyst of insurance companies in the U.S., and is a proud member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies.
Specifically, our College Help Program provides paid part-time professional opportunities for freshmen, sophomores and juniors focused on setting students up for success in the future. Our program also provides students with the opportunity to earn college credits. We are a small insurance carrier located in Wayne, Pennsylvania with in office, hybrid and fully remote positions. Our program includes accounting, actuarial, business tech, claims, compliance, design, executive office, health & wellness, information tech, instant phone quote, personal development, policy services, programming, sales & marketing, underwriting and wholesale brokerage. There is no GPA requirement, no major requirements and flexible scheduling with a minimum of 12hrs/week and a maximum of 29hrs/week.
Our goal at USLI is to strengthen our community and culture by representing all races, genders, religions, socioeconomically backgrounds and sexual orientations, and the students who represent our College Help Program are an important part of working toward that goal.

We will have an employer representative available to answer your Career questions, whether they are about the company or a general employer question. This is a great opportunity to speak with an employer representative in a more relaxed atmosphere that is conducive to networking.
Stop by when you can, someone will be available between 10am and 2pm.
