Lure of the Wild is an entirely outdoor Nature Camp in Catonsville, MD with a philosophy based on European forest school and democratic, child-centered education. Our campers get the space they need to learn and explore the wonders of Maryland's outdoors with minimal adult intervention from trained, caring counselors. Exploring our curiosity and driving ourselves to push past personal challenges together, counselors and staff gain skills that propel them forward into professional life.
