The Arc Central Chesapeake Region is offering opportunities for candidates with majors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Additionally, graduates and undergraduates who possess a minimum of three years of experience working with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities for roles in Direct Support or as Behavioral Health Associates.


The Arc Central Chesapeake Region is a nonprofit organization that provides support and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families in the central Chesapeake region. The organization aims to enhance the lives of people with disabilities by offering various programs and resources tailored to their needs.

Services provided by The Arc Central Chesapeake Region include residential support, vocational training, employment assistance, advocacy, and community integration programs. They work towards promoting inclusion, independence, and empowerment for individuals with IDD, helping them lead fulfilling lives and become active members of their communities.

The organization also offers educational initiatives, workshops, and support groups for families and caregivers to ensure they have the necessary tools and information to support their loved ones with disabilities effectively.
