Description
Mid-terms are over and the semester is winding down! It’s normal to feel more stressed during this time, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t do anything about it. The ability to be mindful can reduce symptoms of depression, improve memory, enhance relationships, and improve your ability to manage emotions.
Take a break with Retriever Integrated Health to practice mindfulness and find where this skill can fit into your healthy stress-management routine this exam season.
This is a non-clinical workshop provided by Retriever Integrated Health, so no appointments or consultations are required and any UMBC community member can join this session!
If you have any questions, please email the workshop facilitators Katie Bowen (kbowen2@umbc.edu) or Marie Celano (mcelano1@umbc.edu).
If you need accommodations for a disability, please contact Stephanie Will (swill1@umbc.edu) at least one week prior to the start of the workshop and RIH will arrange for services.
All RIH services are LGBTQIA2S+ friendly and are welcoming to all diverse populations.
