Description
Anxiety Toolbox is a series of 3 workshops designed to help people learn about anxiety and some basic skills to help identify and manage anxious thoughts and behaviors.
This final session focuses on finding alternative ways to respond to anxiety and uses activities and grounding exercises to continue building your toolbox!
This is a non-clinical series provided by Retriever Integrated Health, so no appointments or consultations are required and any UMBC community member can join this virtual session! If you missed either of the first 2 workshops, that's ok too, we'll do a quick review of what you missed.
You can also download and review the Anxiety Toolbox Student Workbook that we'll use in the workshop.
