Athelas Institute, Inc., a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit human services agency based in Columbia, Maryland, has been transforming lives since 1976. Our mission is to inspire, empower, and enrich the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through innovative, person-centered services and support.

We are proud to be a recognized leader in the field—known for our dedicated staff, creative programs, and commitment to individualized care. Our services include:

• Community-based learning programs

• Residential and individual support services

• Customized and supported employment opportunities

• Specialized day programs for individuals with autism, medical needs, or dual diagnoses

We are currently seeking passionate and driven individuals for the following positions:

• Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• House Managers
• Behavioral Clinicians

We welcome applicants from all school years, including graduate students. International students must have valid work authorization.
