The Institute of Marine and Environmental Technology (IMET) at the University System of Maryland invites driven undergraduate students to immerse themselves in a transformative summer experience like no other.
About the Internship:
This paid internship—running from June through August from Monday to Friday in the heart of Baltimore, MD—offers a rare opportunity to work alongside world-class scientists, conduct hands-on research, and dive deep into the mysteries of our planet’s marine and estuarine environments.

During this nine-week journey, you'll step into cutting-edge laboratories, attend seminars and workshops, and gain invaluable professional development tailored to launch your future in science. Who can Apply:
This opportunity is open to U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are undergraduate students in fields related to biological sciences and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
